loop length extends with adding notes
complete

If you define a length of - for example - 8 bars, as soon as you add notes the amount of bars extends (to 24, 32, 52 ...etc.) Not quite sure if this is a "feature" but its pretty annoying if you do not want to change the length of the loop
Ok, I’ve video captured my problem:
- I am setting length to eight quarter notes
- while recording a chord, I would expect that the recording either stops after 8 quarters, or overdubs but…
- switching back to the edit screen, there now are 16 quarter counts. It should stick to 8 counts, and not extend to 16 counts. Or at least, offer the possibility to enable/disable auto extension
So i cannot upload a video file, if requested I can send this directly to the developer. Should be easy to reproduce

I personally love this feature because I can improvise a whole performance. I think what you need is “set loop start and end points” for the track you’re recording on.
