More scales in the piano roll and scales in the note editor

Like in Korg Gadget or in caustic for example. this makes everything much easier and clearer. After all, space is pretty limited

when it comes to scales, i'd suggest implementing user-defined scales. 
should not be difficult – define up to 8 notes of 12 (never saw a real-world use of scales with more than 8 tones), save & call when needed. 
i'm rarely happy when user has only predefined scales, because something's always missing.
